The restaurant

Our cuisine follows the Piedmontese tradition and offers you the best specialties of the area, including the Bagna Cauda, the hand-made Agnolotti, the Mixed Boiled Meat, the real Piedmontese Mixed Fried, the White Truffle, exquisite Brasato al Barbera and many other dishes typical of the area, all prepared by hand according to ancient recipes. 

A la carte menu is always accompanied by a tasting menu linked to the season . 

The location is unique and enviable, an oasis of tranquility immersed in a centuries-old park, where you can  celebrate an important event, an anniversary or simply eat your favorite dish with a nice glass of wine.

The structure offers several rooms for your event:  a more intimate and rustic, a large and elegant hall with its adjacent terrace where you can set up aperitifs and finally a large glazed dehor overlooking the park.
